Position Objective
The incumbent will be part of the Advantage 1 team and is primarily responsible for processing the jobs and work allocated to them. They will use various tools to complete transactions on time and handle each job efficiently and accurately.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The role follows a RACI framework. Responsible means the person who does the job, and responsibilities can be shared. Accountable means the person ultimately answerable for the outcome, with only one Accountable person per activity or decision, who may delegate the Responsible tasks. Consulted refers to people whose input is needed before a decision is final (two-way communication). Informed refers to people who must be told after a decision or action is taken (one-way communication).
