Job Summary
This role calls for strong written and oral communication, good interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning, and fluent English. The analyst supports computer hardware and authorized desktop software.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot and restore to service any terminal service client, personal computer (PC) or notebook with authorized network access.
- Escalate issues to tier 2 and tier 3 support team members when restoration is beyond the Service Desk Agent's scope.
- Take incoming requests by telephone and email, ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.
- Prioritize and schedule problems, and escalate to a more experienced technician when required.
- Carry out post-resolution follow-ups on requests.

Candidates should bring the communication and interpersonal strengths described above, along with fluent English and hands-on support for hardware and desktop software.
