Key Responsibilities
- Apply a basic understanding of infrastructure management concepts and tools to help analyze and document IT environments.
- Use foundational consulting methodologies to gather and organize data for infrastructure assessments and recommendations.
- Support team members in preparing reports and presentations using standard office and infrastructure management software.
- Take part in team discussions and share insights on infrastructure issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Help track project deliverables and maintain project documentation using project management tools.
