Job Summary
A Snow ITSM professional manages and supports IT Service Management processes on the SNOW (ServiceNow) platform. The role focuses on efficient incident, problem, change, request, and asset management while keeping service quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Support Problem Management by identifying root causes and putting preventive measures in place.
- Coordinate Change Management activities, including approvals, risk assessments, and deployment tracking.
- Maintain IT service catalogs, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor ticket queues and make sure user issues are resolved on time.
