Job Summary
In this role you will watch over applications, servers and system alerts using monitoring tools. You will look into application issues, find their causes and fix them.
Day to day, you will open and manage incident tickets according to defined processes, escalate critical incidents to the right support teams, and track each incident until it is resolved while keeping stakeholders updated. You will also run routine health checks, ensure application availability, and maintain operational logs and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with SQL fundamentals and database concepts.
- Understanding of Incident Management and ITIL concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
