Job Summary
This role involves resolving tickets independently, providing on-call support, and carrying out root cause analysis to keep customer feedback positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support on-call escalations and perform root cause analysis on the issues raised.
- Take on value-adding activities such as maintaining and updating the knowledge base, training freshers and coaching analysts.
- Resolve tickets independently within the agreed SLA for ticket volume and turnaround time.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimal rejected resolutions and reopened cases.
