NTT DATA Hiring Techno-Functional Business Analyst in Bangalore

Role Summary

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated Associate Consultant (Techno-Functional Business Analyst) to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a good grasp of business analysis, application functionality, data analysis, and the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful solution delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Turn business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare process flows, use cases, data mappings, and requirement documents.
• Work with business users, developers, QA teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• Carry out basic data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Support application enhancements, integrations, and production issue analysis.
• Assist with functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Track requirements, defects, and project activities using Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation across the project lifecycle.
