About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our revenue team. You will handle high-intent inbound leads, strengthen client relationships, and expand accounts. Your performance will directly influence your growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Close high-intent inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to grow their accounts.
- Deliver a top-notch experience in every client interaction, whether via calls or emails.
- Manage your sales pipeline, meet targets, and contribute to team success.
Who We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of B2B sales experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain a neutral accent for U.S. client interactions.
- Proactive, organized, and composed under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
