The Graduate Intern - Operations role is part of our structured Graduate Program, designed to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end processes of a modern manufacturing organization. This 18-month program offers accelerated development through on-the-job training and rotational assignments across various departments, including Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, HR, Continuous Improvement, Finance, Customer Fulfilment, and Sustainability.
Engineering graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch with specializations in Mechanical, Electrical, or Operations are eligible to apply.
