Position Overview
The Graduate Intern - Operations role is part of our structured Graduate Program, designed to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end processes of a modern manufacturing organization. This 18-month program offers accelerated development through on-the-job training and rotational assignments across various departments, including Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, HR, Continuous Improvement, Finance, Customer Fulfilment, and Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance goals established at the start of the program.
- Assist with daily operations and complete assigned tasks.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals.
- Understand and apply company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Collaborate with mentors and senior team members to track progress.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.
- Prepare documentation and update operational records.
- Travel to regional locations as required for operational exposure.
Qualifications
Engineering graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch with specializations in Mechanical, Electrical, or Operations are eligible to apply.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum one year of exposure to a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and processes effectively.
- Leadership qualities and capability to work independently or in a team.
- Organized and structured approach to work.
- Openness to learning and achieving development milestones.
- Fluency in English.
