About the Role
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Tata Motors, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, product development, and innovative automotive solutions. This program is designed to enhance your technical and professional skills, preparing you for a successful career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various departments such as Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, and Manufacturing Planning.
- Develop a strong understanding of automotive components, aggregates, and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Enhance technical knowledge through industrial exposure and continuous learning.
- Support procurement, quality management systems, and production supervision activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating batches: 2024 & 2025.
- Specializations: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil, Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Engineering.
- No active backlogs or ATKT.
- Maximum of 2 years educational gap.
- Should not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company (NATS).
