Associate Analyst (Contractual) IRC306567

We are looking for motivated, intelligent, and diligent people to join as Associate Analysts. The role involves labeling and annotating data used to develop AI and machine learning models. Thorough training is provided, so prior data annotation knowledge is not required. This could be a good entry point into the AI/ML industry if you have a solid grasp of basic computer skills and are comfortable with Microsoft or Google Office suites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively evaluate content and identify subtle linguistic nuances.
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and stylistic conventions.
• Skilled at spotting factual inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for content evaluation.
• Familiarity with different writing styles, tones, and editorial standards.
• Any graduation degree required, with a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
• Must be willing to work from the office in rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 week offs).
• Must be ready to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Manually label data points, including text, audio, video, and images, following the guidelines and instructions provided.
• Maintain the consistency and correctness of labeled data by following established standards and guidelines.
• Operate effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time well.
• Use strong written and verbal communication to understand directives and task instructions.
• Reading ability: interpret and decode written content.
• Writing ability: describe a picture, video, or audio clip using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Listening ability: accurately receive and interpret audio messages.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and data quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
