Job Description

• Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data to maintain accounts payable records.
• Process invoices with PO and non-PO.
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
• Ensure the quality of AP processes and handle all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices, including discounts where applicable.
• Check vendor files for previous payments and assign voucher numbers. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount, and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Handle vendor reconciliation, manage the vendor payment cycle, GRIR reconciliations, vendor advances, and related tasks.
