Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Billing and invoicing
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy
• Monitor, review and update customer details in CRM
• Invoice corrections, including credits and rebills
• Respond to email queries and requests from field teams
• Support and drive metrics
• Update work instructions

Work Shift and Work Model

This role is office-based with a rotating work shift in India. Language requirement: English (Upper Intermediate, B2).
