Fund Accountant

The Fund Accountant calculates the net asset values of funds by processing daily accounting functions, ensuring fund prices are accurate and delivered to clients on time. This role is the central contact for accounting support and resolves discrepancies professionally.

Financial Reporting Specialist

The Financial Reporting Accountant prepares financial statements for annual and interim cycles, including first drafts of audited annual and unaudited interim statements from the trial balance.

Derivatives Specialist

The team processes complex futures and options for European exchange traded derivatives, and acts as the central contact for clearing banks and client service teams. The role also includes cash instructions and process improvements for recording derivative instruments.

Financial Accountant

The Financial Accountant handles accounting processes such as document processing, journal processing, payment preparation, reconciliation preparation and report verification, along with other assigned projects.

Treasury Accountant

The Treasury Accountant handles treasury processes such as transaction processing, payment preparation and approval, collateral management, monitoring of minimum reserves, and bank account reconciliation.

Transfer Agency Administrator

The Transfer Agency Administrator is responsible for trade processing, investor account maintenance, and issue reporting and resolution, including checking anti-money laundering documentation and entering subscriptions.

Middle Office Administrator

The Middle Office Administrator processes daily fund trade files, confirms trades, and monitors trade fails with prime brokers, counterparties and funds.

Pricing Administrator

The Pricing Administrator supports accurate and efficient pricing of securities held by investment funds, including pricing exchange traded securities and validating against sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters and FTID.

Risk Analyst

The Enterprise Risk Management division sets and maintains risk management policies, guidelines and limits, and helps management reduce operational, credit, legal, regulatory and reputational risks.

Compliance Analyst

The Investment Compliance Analyst monitors compliance results on client portfolios against regulatory and investment manager mandates, using State Street's Investment Compliance and Reporting platform to complete research and reporting.

Data Management Analyst

The Data Analyst works with IT and the Investment Compliance and Conformity business units to gather data for daily compliance checks, and maintains market, static and holdings data not fed automatically to the core application.

Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

The Anti-Money Laundering Specialist reviews investor documentation under AML policies and works with the Transfer Agency team to obtain required data from investors and clients.
