Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
- Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.
