Applications are invited for the role of Management Trainee in Human Resources Operations. The position focuses on supporting employee lifecycle activities and providing operational assistance across HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to employees across HR operations including travel, insurance, health and welfare programs, COBRA, Medicare, HIPAA, payroll, visa and immigration, onboarding, recruitment support, and employee benefits such as 401K.
• Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and manage helpdesk requests related to employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage international transfers, temporary conversions, and internal employee transfers.
• Update and maintain employee records including personal information changes such as citizenship, marital status, preferred or legal name, and educational qualifications.
• Process organizational updates including manager changes, position changes, job title updates, shift changes, and cost center or cost code modifications.
• Assist managers in initiating and processing transactions related to the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with staffing teams to resolve discrepancies related to new hires.
• Handle termination processes for full-time employees, interns, temporary staff, consultants, and contractors.
