Job Description
As an Associate in the Commercial Leasing & Lending team, you will support the evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data. You will assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under the guidance of senior team members. Your role includes managing and maintaining lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You will conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects. Ensuring adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions is a key responsibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives, and provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
Certifications
Analyst Certification from NISM, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from PSIB, or Certified Risk Professional (CRP) from Udemy are preferred.
Required Skills

Language
English (Required), Intermediate - B1 proficiency.
