Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Billing and invoicing
• Ensuring timely billing execution and billing accuracy
• Monitoring, reviewing, and updating customer details in CRM
• Invoice corrections, including credits and rebills
• Responding to email queries and requests from field teams
• Supporting and driving metrics
• Updating work instructions
