About the Role

Citi is seeking a motivated GenAI Developer to join our Technology team. This intermediate-level position focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining application systems in alignment with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of application development processes to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and oversee their implementation.
• Leverage understanding of business and system processes to address complex challenges.
• Perform testing, debugging, and scripting to meet design specifications.
• Evaluate alternative approaches in situations not covered by standard procedures.
• Gain expertise in Citi’s information systems, standards, and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, prioritizing risk management and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in application development or related areas.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging for business applications.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
