About the Role
Citi is seeking a motivated GenAI Developer to join our Technology team. This intermediate-level position focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining application systems in alignment with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of application development processes to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and oversee their implementation.
- Leverage understanding of business and system processes to address complex challenges.
- Perform testing, debugging, and scripting to meet design specifications.
- Evaluate alternative approaches in situations not covered by standard procedures.
- Gain expertise in Citi’s information systems, standards, and operational practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, prioritizing risk management and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in application development or related areas.
- Proficiency in programming and debugging for business applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
