About the Role
GE Vernova’s Gas Power Engineering division is hiring a Digital Technology Intern to work on the development of Artificial Intelligence applications for Steam Turbine engineering. The focus areas include engineering productivity, quality, on-time delivery, cycle time optimization, and cost reduction.
This is an exciting opportunity for students passionate about AI, ML, and data science who want to gain hands-on experience in solving real-world industrial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to develop AI solutions using ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Vision Models.
- Support development of applications relevant to steam turbine engineering use cases.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to understand business requirements and define functional specifications.
- Partner with a dedicated mentor throughout the internship and present progress on allocated projects.
- Maintain clear technical documentation in line with organizational standards.
Education Requirement
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields with specialization in AI/ML or Data Science.
