Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Junior Engineer for Engineering Change Management in Pune to support teams that build great products and contribute to company growth.

What a typical day looks like

• Creates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECOs) and makes system changes.
• Maintains files for BOMs, parts drawings, ECOs, process alerts and other customer documents.
• Coordinates ECO status with customers and implements cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensures projects comply with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of documentation, including logs, reports and distribution.
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing and customer requirements.
• Acts as the interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to make sure changes are documented correctly.
