Job Summary

We are looking to add an Analyst for Logistics to our Global Procurement and Supply Chain team in Chennai, India. The Analyst (GBS Logistics) will process purchase orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The role also calls for strong stakeholder service skills and the ability to work well in a team to meet demanding performance targets.

What a typical day looks like

• Procure ad hoc rates to support solution requirements across air, ocean and express transport
• Manage rate validity and variable rates
• Manage and maintain transportation analysis and decision support systems, including transportation rate benchmarks
• Prepare monthly site metrics and logistics savings plan reporting
• Develop rate databases
• Maintain global transportation rates with suppliers
• Handle contract management
