We are looking to add an Associate Software Engineer - IT to our extraordinary teams, who build great products and drive our growth. This position will be based in Chennai.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Support development, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Take part in projects involving Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, Data Analytics and Visualization, Business Automation, Cloud Technologies, Application Development, and Digital Workplace Technologies.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes through innovation and technology.
- Analyze business problems and propose technology-enabled solutions.
- Join workshops, hackathons, innovation challenges, and project-based learning.
- Apply logical thinking and analytical skills to solve operational and technical challenges.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates who actively use AI for learning, coding, problem-solving, productivity, or innovation will have a distinct advantage.
