Job Overview:
EY is looking for fresh graduates to join as Entry-Level Data Analysts with a focus on Python-based analytics. This role involves designing and implementing data analytics solutions, participating in the ETL process, and creating interactive dashboards using Power BI. Candidates will work closely with teams to analyze datasets, ensure data quality, and support data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop data analytics solutions using Python with exposure to Power BI
• Participate in the ETL process, preparing and transforming data for analysis
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Conduct data analysis to identify insights, trends, and patterns
• Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Maintain data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques
• Document workflows and findings for knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization
• Educate business users on analytics tools and methodologies
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation and other initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (academic projects or internships preferred)
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn data visualization tools
• Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering accurate results
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
