About the Role
The Young Apprentice handles most basic, routine tasks and assignments. This role operates under direct supervision, following detailed procedures. The apprentice may service a very limited number of products or services, applying knowledge of routine work area procedures to complete standardized activities. They will exchange basic information with co-workers and resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations, selecting from a limited number of clearly defined options.
Responsibilities
- Perform operational and administrative functions.
- Provide administrative support with a low level of complexity.
- Handle copying, printing, and document transportation.
- Conduct materials checking and receiving.
- Execute basic computer activities.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This involves driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
