The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team, you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. As a member of the Mining & Metals team, you will work alongside a group of intelligent and innovative professionals.

Scope of work

As a practitioner in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Project Management, Policy and Regulatory Advisory Support, Designing of investment promotion activities, Preparation of SOP for exploration / mineral administration work.
• Drive clarification of requirements for reports.
• Integrate business specific needs from a technical solution design perspective and deliver effort estimates for those solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the Functional Specs from a technical design perspective.
• Develop reports/visualizations based on technical solution design.
• Perform Prototyping and POC in support of requirements definition or technical design questions.
• Execute Unit Test, defect resolution and hyper care.

Required Skills

As a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele from the metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions, and articulate effectively to client stakeholders.

Skills required:

• B.Com. CFA with 0-2 years of work experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry in any of the following areas:

• Business and Corporate Strategy
• Operations Improvement
• Cost Reduction
• Market Assessment
• Digital Interventions
• Bid Advisory
