Executive, Accounts Payable
This role is an Executive position for the Accounts Payable process within the Procure to Pay function, part of the Operations category. The role is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate well on client calls.
- Apply a good working knowledge of Accounts Payable principles and concepts.
- Contact customers by email and chat channels on a day-to-day basis.
- Show strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English.
- Give and receive timely feedback on process training.
- Clear the workflow daily and confirm completion to the supervisor.
- Build new process knowledge and act as a domain knowledge expert, while keeping the database and process updates exceptional.
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
