Job Description
Candidates should have working knowledge of any GDS. Knowledge of exchanges, fares and pricing is required, along with an understanding of different fare types and routing. Good communication skills and solid knowledge of travel geography are expected.
The role calls for maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards, along with a willingness to learn. You will handle client queries through email and build and maintain good working relationships with customers. You will also take part in process improvement initiatives and stay flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with GDS platforms and apply knowledge of exchanges, fares and pricing.
- Apply knowledge of different fare types and routing.
- Resolve client queries via email while maintaining good customer relationships.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adapt to change.
