Job Description
Candidates should hold a B.E or B.Tech in any stream, with Mechanical or Civil preferred. Proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks is a must, and a relevant certification is preferred.
Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of work experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD extensively. Background in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not necessary.
Other requirements include proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong math skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking. Candidates should be self-motivated learners who work accurately and can handle pressure, especially during peak season. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze customer requirements, and effective written and interpersonal communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets by delivering high quality designs within the stipulated time.
- Use training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work in a fast paced, high volume production design environment.
- Use existing tools and systems to design products.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and international teams.
- Apply constructive feedback for personal development and growth.
- Handle highly confidential information, such as reports, manuals and designs, with discretion.
- Support the business by working Saturdays (paid extra) during peak business months.
