Job Description
The associate is responsible for timely and accurate medical payment processing. This involves checking compensability, reviewing invoices, validating details in other systems, and determining the accuracy of the billed amount or the need for claim denial based on research results. The associate may also liaise with claims handlers as needed.

- Process transactions as per desktop procedures.
- Meet assigned targets in accordance with SLA and internal standards.
- Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters set by Process Excellence.
- Adhere to established attendance schedules.
- Manage calendars and emails.

Qualifications
Graduation (any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
