Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the scope of assigned projects and deliver high-quality work as a part of an agile Scrum team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
- Take full ownership of feature/module design and architecture following industry best practices
- Develop software components using the Microsoft technology stack with an emphasis on rigorous unit testing
- Support validation and verification activities when needed to ensure sprint goal achievement
- Adhere to secure software development standards and modern development best practices
- Participate in peer reviews of design, code, and documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Self-starter who proactively takes initiative without waiting for instructions
- Quick to adapt to new challenges and effective at applying existing knowledge in new contexts
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly express ideas and actively listen
- Demonstrates high energy and a results-oriented attitude, especially when tackling challenging problems
- Capable of using structured logic and analytical methods to identify root causes and solve problems
- Takes complete ownership of tasks with a strong commitment to timely and high-quality output
Mandatory Technical Skills:
C#, .NET, SQL Server, Web API, REST API, WPF, ASP.NET
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both web and desktop application development
- Solid experience in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD), data structures, and Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms is a plus
