Role Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer on the AI Agents Team, you will work on developing intelligent AI agents using cutting-edge LLMs, Generative AI frameworks, and Python-based systems. You will experiment with conversational interfaces, contribute to production-quality code, and shape the user experience of smart assistants that guide users through career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to build autonomous AI agents driven by natural conversations
• Design and implement backend components using Python, LLMs, and GenAI tools
• Prototype and experiment with conversational workflows and user interfaces
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team planning sessions
• Learn and implement scalable solutions for real-world, production-scale applications
• Analyze data and user signals to enhance agent intelligence and responsiveness

Education Requirements

• Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025 graduates
• Degrees Accepted: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in Python
• Exposure to or coursework in Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, or Agentic AI
• Willingness to learn tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or other GenAI frameworks
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments

• Internship, research, or project experience in Generative AI, Chatbots, or LLMs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
