About the Team
You will join a key engineering team responsible for the flagship Talent Acquisition product line. This product supports large global enterprises and has been central to the company’s growth. The engineering team drives product development and innovation across the platform.
The team focuses on reducing time-to-hire for customers, introducing new product features, and improving the maturity and performance of existing capabilities. Engineers also integrate advanced technologies such as Large Language Models and AI into the platform while building new product lines that enhance the overall customer experience.
What You Will Learn to Do
- Develop scalable, configurable server-side applications and modules with strong focus on quality, performance, design, and reusability.
- Design and build new microservices or integrate applications with existing services.
- Work with Generative AI and LLM technologies used across internal workflows.
- Create safe and reliable data pipelines to support high-scale data integration for enterprise customers.
- Develop systems that support customization and generalization through configuration management.
- Increase code coverage and enhance automated unit and Selenium testing.
- Build and improve internal tools used for administration, monitoring, and operational tasks.
What We Look For
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals with hands-on backend development exposure.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar tools that accelerate coding workflows.
- Exposure to building, launching, or maintaining SaaS products.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments or SaaS platforms.
Technology Stack
The backend ecosystem primarily includes Python, Flask, TensorFlow, SQL, Bash, and Ansible. The platform also uses Apache Spark, Solr, MySQL, and Docker.
Engineers work with major AWS services including Aurora, S3, Redshift, CloudFormation, SNS, and SQS. The architecture heavily relies on distributed systems, microservices, and AI or machine learning technologies.
