The team focuses on reducing time-to-hire for customers, introducing new product features, and improving the maturity and performance of existing capabilities. Engineers also integrate advanced technologies such as Large Language Models and AI into the platform while building new product lines that enhance the overall customer experience.
The backend ecosystem primarily includes Python, Flask, TensorFlow, SQL, Bash, and Ansible. The platform also uses Apache Spark, Solr, MySQL, and Docker.
Engineers work with major AWS services including Aurora, S3, Redshift, CloudFormation, SNS, and SQS. The architecture heavily relies on distributed systems, microservices, and AI or machine learning technologies.
