What you'll do
Create and monitor operational dashboards and KPI reports, and analyze trends to provide actionable insights. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Create newsletters, awareness campaigns and content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms. Design infographics, success stories and adoption communications, and coordinate DEX community events.
Create and maintain knowledge articles and user guides, support knowledge governance and quality audits, and monitor content effectiveness and user engagement. Help develop training materials and maintain DEX documentation repositories.
Track action items, risks, dependencies and milestones, prepare sprint metrics and delivery reports, and track automation opportunities and business outcomes. Create AI success story communications and prepare adoption and value realization reports.
Assist with employee awareness and enablement campaigns, employee feedback and experience initiatives, DEX surveys and sentiment reporting, and tracking adoption of digital workplace solutions. Maintain action logs and improvement plans.
