Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited is seeking a Device Associate - Quality Services, Device Tech Support to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple generations of Amazon E-reader devices, ensuring high-quality product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases, create test data, and report results clearly and promptly.
- Understand product functionality and adapt to evolving requirements and documentation.
- Identify gaps in test cases and proactively discover issues beyond documented scenarios.
- Perform thorough testing of product changes and conduct root cause analysis for bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with QA teams on new features, regression testing, and bug reproduction.
A Day in the Life
Daily activities include running regression tests, logging bugs, supporting ad-hoc requests, and collaborating with QA teams on feature testing and bug resolution. You will also contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in their implementation.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
