About the Role
Amazon's Quality Services (QS) organization is seeking a Device Associate to support manual testing for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. This role focuses on executing documented test instructions, delivering accurate results, and maintaining adherence to defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of application test procedures and relevant tools.
- Execute test instructions with precision and report results promptly.
- Identify and document any deviations observed during testing.
- Stay updated on changes in assigned test instructions.
- Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency in assigned tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
- Experience with gadgets or devices.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of software testing principles.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
