Job Description
Job Title: TFL – Trade NCT
This role is part of the Trade Finance Operations team, which manages multiple trade products such as Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. Team members gain exposure to different processes and products within trade operations, with ongoing learning opportunities and structured guidance.
Subject matter experts provide training on trade products and operational procedures, allowing employees to build knowledge across several areas of trade finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions related to Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the trade operations delivery hub, ensuring customer service level agreements are met and outstanding items are reviewed.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
- Work closely with branch operations teams and sales staff to maintain strong operational partnerships.
Skills and Experience
- Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by ICC, including frameworks such as UCP and URC.
- Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with trade products and services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work late night shifts when required.
