The Trade Finance Operations team manages several products including Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees as part of the Trade Operations team within the Delivery Hub, ensuring adherence to agreed customer service level agreements and monitoring pending transactions.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
• Work closely with branch operations teams and sales staff to maintain strong collaboration and operational support.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by ICC, including frameworks such as UCP and URC.
• Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with trade products and services.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Willingness to work in late-night shifts when required.
