Job Description
The Sales Coverage Support Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely processing of limit check requests in the db Limits Pending Queue for corporate clients within the Documentary Trade portfolio. This includes products such as Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Transaction Based Finance.
The role involves maintaining proper documentation for limit checks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all activities meet defined service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor transactions received in the pending queue on a daily basis.
- Conduct credit limit checks in accordance with defined internal standards.
- Review the queue regularly and share status updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle urgent requests and ensure timely completion.
- Document any exceptions while ensuring SLA commitments for timeliness and quality are maintained.
- Maintain supporting documentation related to the process.
- Prepare reports and analysis for transactions that cannot be processed through direct limit checks and remain in the pending queue.
