Job Description
The Reference Data Operator works as part of the IB SSI Operations team within IB CPO. The role involves independently sourcing external client callback contact details and performing verbal authentication of Standard Settlement Instructions received through high risk communication channels.
The operations team focuses on planning and daily management of activities aligned with the bank's mission and strategic goals. The function supports operational performance, manages risk areas proactively, and maintains coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties in an analyst capacity within the reference data operations team.
- Manage daily callback activities with external clients for verification purposes.
- Track and maintain daily KPI metrics.
- Handle operational issues and resolve escalations when they arise.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support operational processes.
Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
- Ability to manage work pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Hands on experience using MS Office tools.
