Job Title: Clearing and Settlement Analyst, NCT
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Description
- The Assistant's role within Trade Services is to acquire complete knowledge of Trade Services processes. The incumbent may be placed in any Trade Services process, including Settlement, Matching/Fails/Instructions/Registered Shares/Confirmation, Cancellations, Reconciliation, Transaction Reporting, or Trade Investigation.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Successfully meet process SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
- Get certified on all training levels of the process.
- Meet SLA requirements as per the agreed service specifications.
- Meet training targets to learn processes for securities transfers, matching, fails handling, confirmation of trades and non-trades, cancellations and corrections of trades, registration and deregistration of shares, cash and stock reconciliation, transaction reporting, and trade investigation.
- Complete assigned work with 100% quality and appropriate productivity.
- Contact counterparts via emails or calls as per process requirements for clarifications.
- Perform quality checks as and when required.
- Understand the linkages between various Trade Services processes.
- Strive for process improvements.
- Be responsive to feedback from trainers and team leaders.
- Maintain a professional approach at all times, providing prompt and appropriate responses at all levels.
- Actively participate in team meetings and other company initiatives.
- Follow company rules and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all security policies and procedures as per business requirements.
- Maintain MIS reports and analyze data using various reporting and presentation tools.
- Demonstrate company values in behavior and attitude.
- Continually upgrade domain knowledge.
- Exhibit discipline both personally and professionally.
Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications Required to Perform the Role
- Graduate or Post-Graduate
- German language (Level 3 and above for specific processes) as mentioned beforehand
Skills & Work Experience:
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate

- Meet and exceed productivity targets consistently.
- Meet and exceed quality targets consistently.
- Ensure queries are raised within the stipulated TAT.
- Strictly follow completeness and correctness of the MIS sheet.
- Meet productivity targets set.
