The bank is looking for a motivated Information Security Analyst with a focus on Cryptography to join the Cryptography Transformation Team, part of the Cryptography Engineering and Solutions department within the Chief Security Office (CSO). This entry-level position provides an opportunity to begin a career while contributing to the protection of critical digital infrastructure.
About the Team
The Cryptography Engineering and Solutions department within the Chief Security Office acts as the bank’s central authority for cryptography-related expertise. The team develops innovative solutions, provides guidance on regulatory requirements, and assists with audit processes. Team members work closely with specialists and contribute to strengthening secure systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting support: Assist senior team members in advising on cryptographic topics within central programs, including key and certificate management. Gain exposure to areas such as post-quantum cryptography and cryptographic agility.
- Security design authority: Participate in project evaluations within the Security Design Authority framework, ensuring cryptographic requirements are considered and properly implemented.
- Tool and script development: Develop and refine tools and scripts that improve efficiency and accuracy for cryptographic operations and security assessments.
Skills and Experience
- Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cryptography, Information Security, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Foundational cryptographic knowledge: Understanding of cryptography concepts including key and certificate management, cryptographic primitives, and their secure implementation in protocols. Academic projects or internship exposure are beneficial.
- Programming skills: Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Go, C#, Python, or Perl, including the ability to develop scripts and implement solutions through code.
- Language proficiency: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Learning mindset: Ability to work with different teams, communicate clearly, and continuously build knowledge in the field of cryptography.
