In your first year with TI, you will join the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which offers professional and technical training and resources to speed up your integration into TI and set you up for long-term career success. This program also provides function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from day one.
As a Design Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing detailed verification plans while working closely with the design and system team to ensure first pass silicon success
- Developing test benches, tests, and simulations at RTL and GLS
- Running coverage regressions to meet defined coverage goals
- Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns
- Working with regression tools and developing scripts to submit cases for regression analysis
- Contributing to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency in DV strategy, tools, methods, and flows
You will also gain exposure to other roles such as Digital Design and Analog Design through formal learning, projects, and on-the-job development experiences that broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth at TI.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
