Job Opportunity: Data QA/QC Analyst at Trimble
Trimble is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data QA/QC Analyst with exceptional expertise in Microsoft Excel. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Excel-based solutions to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop macros to visualize data and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform data validation, clean-up, and restructuring to maintain data integrity.
- Train and guide team members on advanced Excel functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in data manipulation, reporting, and large dataset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Microsoft Excel or related courses (desired).
- Experience in MEP Construction is advantageous.
