Internship Domains & Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR databases and documentation
• Support policy drafting and internal communication
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Support job postings and resume screening
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience

Finance

• Handle finance operations such as data entry and reconciliations
• Assist in report generation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Gain exposure to tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP

Administration

• Help with office and facility management, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Organize internal meetings, logistics, and travel
• Maintain inventories and assist with internal events

Project Management

• Work with project leads to track initiative progress
• Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination
• Manage dashboards and task trackers using Trello, Jira, or Asana

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools
• Availability for a full 6-month internship duration
