Data Axle India is hiring interns for multiple domains, offering hands-on experience and professional mentoring. This is a valuable opportunity to learn business operations and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a global company.

Internship Domains & Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR databases and documentation
- Support policy drafting and internal communication
- Contribute to learning and development initiatives
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Support job postings and resume screening
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience
Finance
- Handle finance operations such as data entry and reconciliations
- Assist in report generation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Gain exposure to tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP
Administration
- Help with office and facility management, documentation, and vendor coordination
- Organize internal meetings, logistics, and travel
- Maintain inventories and assist with internal events
Project Management
- Work with project leads to track initiative progress
- Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage dashboards and task trackers using Trello, Jira, or Asana
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools
- Availability for a full 6-month internship duration
