Role Overview

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content, including articles, decision trees, and product support materials. Your work will help improve customer engagement and reduce product returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics using tools like Google Analytics and keyword research platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.
• Utilize existing SOPs and troubleshooting documents to create customer-facing content.
• Restructure verbose content into simple, step-by-step formats for easy comprehension.
• Ensure content aligns with client tone of voice and style guidelines.
• Author and format content in DITA using Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Create new templates for different article types when required.
• Streamline processes and develop flowcharts to enhance content usability.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience conducting research using multiple sources.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a related field preferred.
• Experience with text-based AI and large language models is an advantage.
