Role Overview
As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content, including articles, decision trees, and product support materials. Your work will help improve customer engagement and reduce product returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics using tools like Google Analytics and keyword research platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Utilize existing SOPs and troubleshooting documents to create customer-facing content.
- Restructure verbose content into simple, step-by-step formats for easy comprehension.
- Ensure content aligns with client tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Author and format content in DITA using Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Create new templates for different article types when required.
- Streamline processes and develop flowcharts to enhance content usability.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience conducting research using multiple sources.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a related field preferred.
- Experience with text-based AI and large language models is an advantage.
Location
Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Perungalathur) - Permanent Work from Home option available.
