• Utilize existing SOPs and troubleshooting documents to create customer-facing content.
• Restructure verbose content into simple, step-by-step formats for easy comprehension.
• Ensure content aligns with client tone of voice and style guidelines.
• Author and format content in DITA using Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Create new templates for different article types when required.
• Streamline processes and develop flowcharts to enhance content usability.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
