About the Role:
We are hiring a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Growth and Experiences team. You will play a crucial role in developing Confluent Cloud UI, building tools and features that enhance user experience and admin productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable web applications and intuitive data flows for client-side applications
• Build interactive visualizations and interfaces for Confluent Cloud
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize performance and API integrations
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and responsive interfaces
• Partner with product managers to create a seamless and user-friendly experience

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in frontend development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks like React
• Experience with Webpack and frontend development best practices
• Solid understanding of algorithms, application design, and distributed systems

Education Requirement: B.Tech, M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
