Role and Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administering recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, along with background and reference checks
• Help schedule initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews with applicants
• Maintain accurate, concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Prepare new hire packets and schedule background checks and drug tests for applicants
• Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers
• Administer typing and math tests to applicants, as necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, as necessary
• Provide general support to the TA department(s) and related stakeholders, as necessary
• Promote low cost hiring
