The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a growing global group that assists investment professionals using the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Team members gain exposure to industry knowledge, review research reports and financial models, and build technical skills while working across multiple functions including Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content.
The team is looking for individuals interested in client services who can learn quickly and contribute in a fast paced and multicultural environment. The role involves analytical thinking, creativity, and strong problem solving abilities.
This position offers the chance to contribute to S&P Global’s mission of providing analytical insights to the global financial markets. You will interact with a diverse client base that includes investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies, corporates, and investment managers.
The role provides a steep learning curve and exposure to an international team environment with opportunities for professional growth. The position follows a hybrid working model with two days in the office.
