The Team

The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a growing global group that assists investment professionals using the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Team members gain exposure to industry knowledge, review research reports and financial models, and build technical skills while working across multiple functions including Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content.

The team is looking for individuals interested in client services who can learn quickly and contribute in a fast paced and multicultural environment. The role involves analytical thinking, creativity, and strong problem solving abilities.

What You Will Gain

You will interact with a diverse client base that includes investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies, corporates, and investment managers.

The role provides a steep learning curve and exposure to an international team environment with opportunities for professional growth. The position follows a hybrid working model with two days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the domain, products, and workflows to investigate issues related to data and application logic.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries related to Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate technical, product, or data related issues to appropriate teams with sufficient details and within required timelines.
• Create and maintain documentation and articles for the internal knowledge base.
• Provide feedback to Product and Development teams to help improve scalable solutions for clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Understanding of global financial markets and company financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple audiences.
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting capability, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while also taking initiative when required.
