• Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients when required.
• Participate in project planning activities like feature prioritization and dependency management.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives by contributing to process enhancements.
• Complete internal technical assessments and certifications to validate and grow your expertise.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in application development or software engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exposure to high-traffic, cloud-based or distributed systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with some oversight as needed.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and lifecycle methodologies.
